What you do at home is just as important to your health as the care and recommendations you receive in the chiropractic care setting.
For General Health, Dr. Berg recommends a schedule of exercises including aerobic and resistance training.*
Walking/Biking/Swimming/Jogging/Skating/Skiing - 30 minutes most days of the week.
Yoga/Stretching/Flexibility Routine - Perform several days a week.
Resistance Training - Body resistance is key for weight loss and healthy bones. Perform several days a week.
Core & Spinal Stabilization - These Exercises are key for long term spinal stability. Perform most days of the week.
