|Fee & Insurance Overview|
|Your health is a great investment as your health affects everything you do!
Healthcare should be affordable for everyone. Our nation’s current healthcare system is not designed for achieving optimal health. The care that is covered by insurance is often crisis, reactive care, and is evident in the growing numbers of chronic deadly disease despite more money being spent on healthcare than ever before by the consumer in the United States.
At Essence, we have found that proactive, preventative care is of greater value. We strive to help you obtain the best quality of life possible, rather than simply eliminating your symptoms.
The World Health Organization defines health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
We work with some commercial health insurances, personal injury plans and we offer an in-house discount plan, packages and monthly memberships for those that pre-pay for services!
|For those paying with our In-House Discount program, the rates for 2018 are:
$45 for an adult chiropractic adjustment
$35 for infants and children under age 12
$70 for Acupuncture with Chiropractic session
$40 for Acupuncture stand alone session (must be a chiropractic patient)
Please contact us for our rates on our other services and products.
Essence Chiropractic also sells pharmaceutical grade supplements.
|Below are some of the insurance companies we are networked with:
Note: If you do not see your insurance company listed, we may still accept your plan. Contact your insurance provider for further details.
***PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer able to partner with BCBS as they don’t value health to the level that Essence expects in its partners. You can still receive care at our office utilizing the in-house discount program listed above! We are unable to bill services for infants to insurance due to contract limitations.
Your insurance company may have limitations on your care in order for us to maintain network participation. We do not want this to be a barrier to you receiving care. Please ask us about options available to you.
Insurance coverage is not a guarantee of coverage. There may be services that are not covered within your insurance plan. For further information, contact your insurance plan.
